Training Desk Website Details

This is your link to the online precourse theory, where you go download your certificate once you have successfully completed your course and to view your training records with us. The link can be found to the right of this page.

Instructions

When you have completed the registration into one of our First Aid courses, you will be sent an email invitation to enrol into the course. Follow the instructions to enrol into the course and undertake the pre-course theory.

Process to manually access pre-course theory

  • On our partner Training Desk website select the button 'ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT' below 'Start here if you are a new user'
  • Enter your email address into the reset password window
  • Check your email to find the email that has been sent so that you can reset your password
  • You can now login to Training Desk

You do not need to bring any evidence that you have completed the pre-course theory on the day. Please note that all sections of the pre-course theory will need to be green before the theory component of the course is complete.

CPR Requirements:
Due to changes by the National Skills Standard Council (NSSC) in the First Aid Health Package, students are now required to kneel on the floor to perform CPR on a training manikin for a minimum of 2 minutes.
